Disappointed in the quality of the student houses I was being shown around, I thought I could do better.

So when I purchased my first house, I set out to make it the best student house not only in Loughborough, but in the UK.

The Columbus

My first property investment, I bought and renovated this beautiful Victorian end terrace into a luxury student home.

I still own the property today and it continues to let year on year.


The drake

Located a mere 10 meters from Loughborough University, I am very proud of this project.

Obtaining a C4 Class License allowed me to rent the house to students. I then transformed the house from a 4 bed, 2 bath, into a 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom luxury student home.

A grand 50’s semi-detached property oozing with stature, this was a great find on a leafy residential road.

I converted a garage, turning the house from a 5 bed, 2 bath into a luxury 6 bedroom, 6 ensuite bathroom home.
