Dozens of property renovations, small and large
I was born in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I have had the privilege of being raised an ‘International’ citizen, having lived in a multitude of countries across, pretty much all the continents.
I went to school in the UK from the age of 13 and graduated from Loughborough University in 2016 with a degree in Retail, Marketing and Management.
I purchased my first student property in my final year of university. I converted a 5 bed, Victorian end terraced villa into a 6 bed luxury home, which is still to date, the project of which I am most fond of. You can check it out here. With that, I proceeded to start my own luxury student accommodation brand called Clan Living, which still trades today.
To date, I own several student homes worth over £2m, all of which I have purchased, renovated and rented, achieving exceptional financial returns.
In addition to my own projects, I have project managed countless renovations for other clients; ranging from simple cosmetic make overs to garage conversions, extensions and full renovations.
My passion lies in creating aspirational homes. I enjoy nothing more than taking a house that’s been neglected, poorly maintained and forgotten, into a beautiful, design led, functional home that one would take pleasure to live in.
If you have a property project you’d like me to work with you on, please get in touch. It would be my absolute pleasure.
